Inspection Trips

Our subsidised fully informative purchasing trips are the only way to consider which property to buy and which area to buy it in. All trips are tailor made to your requirements. We only show you properties within your budget and to your specification.

The purchasing trip will start from your local airport in the UK. On arrival at either Alicante or Murcia International Airport you will be met by one of our English couriers who will help escort you to your transport and assist you with baggage.

After a short drive of 30-45 minutes you will arrive at your pleasant Hotel accommodation which will include en-suite bathroom facilities. Having given you the chance to freshen up our courier will arrange to meet you to discuss the itinerary for the next few days. (This also gives him time to find out exactly what kind of property you require.) Remember all our couriers are English and have bought a property in Spain within the last few years. They are extremely knowledgeable about buying a property in Spain.

The next few days will be spent not only viewing properties but also more importantly visiting the whole range of facilities in the area. These will include the best beaches, golf clubs, medical facilities, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and much much more. All our trips are conducted in air-conditioned people carriers for your comfort and safety.

You will be viewing a number of different properties and sites so ask you to dress casual during the day (with comfortable shoes) and smart casual during the evening. During the trip you are guests of our company so we will arrange and pay for all accommodation and meals. We do however advise you to take a few Euros with you so that you can visit the Duty Free shops and enjoy a few drinks.

Our purchasing trips are designed to help people find their dream home in the sun. They are available for serious property buyers only. Please do not book a trip if you are not able to make a financial commitment. The deposit paid on your trip, 3000 Euros (approx. £2000) will secure your plot at the price quoted today, not on completion in say 12-18 months time. This is a very important point as prices are increasing on a monthly basis.

If on the trip you find the property of your dreams your courier will guide you through the buying procedure including introducing you to the local solicitor and bank manager. At all times we will be available to talk to you about what is happening and answer any questions you may have.

After your 3 or 4 day extensive purchasing trip your courier will take you back to the airport for your return journey to the UK.

When you arrive home we will be in contact within 3-4 days to discuss your trip.
